Standard delivery is free for orders over €100 (CURRENCY TO BE AMENDED FOR UK MARKET) and usually takes 3-4 working days. Orders placed by 10 AM Central European Time (CET) are processed the next working day, except on weekends. Orders are typically dispatched the day after processing unless otherwise specified.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We’re sorry, but once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed.

You can send your return with a courier of your choice. Please note that you should bear the cost for returning the item. Once we receive the parcel, we’ll check it to make sure it is still sealed and will then process the refund.
