The following issues are known and will be addressed in upcoming updates:

  • Some buttons or icons in the app do not provide clear text descriptions, making it difficult for blind or visually impaired people to understand their function through assistive technologies.
  • Various interactive elements, such as buttons or links, are too small and therefore difficult to select, particularly for users with reduced precision in movement or those using assistive devices.
  • In some sections of the app, the text does not have sufficient contrast against the background, making it difficult to read, especially for people with visual impairments or in brightly lit environments.
  • Some of the app's text content does not adapt properly when users set a larger font size on their device, compromising readability for those who need larger text.
  • Some similar content has the same label without a clear indication of its function, which can cause confusion when navigating with a screen reader.
  1. Disproportionate burden
  • Some of the modifications necessary to improve the app's accessibility could require very significant technical and financial resources, particularly regarding the complete redesign of certain screens or the adoption of new technologies.
  • For this reason, some interventions have not yet been carried out. The organisation nevertheless commits to progressively improving the app's accessibility, in line with available resources and the technical evolution of the platform.
