HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Making a return is quick and easy:

- If you are a registered user, log in to your account, go to the Orders page and click the black "Return Request" button.

- If you are a guest user visit this page.

Otherwise, if you prefer, you can directly click on the CTA button at the bottom of this page.

COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST

- Enter your email address in the field provided and click "Continue".

- You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email.

– enter it below the email field on the login page.

- You’ll see a list of your orders. Select the one you'd like to return.

- If your order includes multiple items, choose the ones you wish to return. Select also a reason for the return and, if needed, add a note.

- Click "Submit request".

NEXT STEPS

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF document. Please:

- Fill in the document

- Send it back via email

- Print it and place it inside your return parcel

You are free to use any courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

YOU ARE ALMOST THERE

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sealed in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will proceed with the refund.
